You’ve probably heard of the good old 5 P’s before haven’t you?

I remember them from back in good old primary school.

And then in Senior/Tertiary School they then became the 6 P’s being:

Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.

These P’s are all well and good because planning serves its place in having an action plan in place to how you’re going to apply yourself toward the challenge or event at hand…

But I think there’s 3 other P’s that you need in place that should be nailed FIRST as an underlying foundation before you even get started in applying yourself to any nutrition or exercise stuff, which will set you up to kill it from the start!
